Operations Executive

Product Mapping:

• Maintain accurate customer-product associations.
  
• Ensure consistency and correctness in product mapping.
  

Customer Renewal Analysis:

• Analyze upcoming customer renewals and prepare actionable reports.
  

SLA Updates:

• Track and update SLAs, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  

No-Support Customer Identification:

• Identify customers without support agreements and flag them for action.
  

Sales Team Support:

• Provide renewal updates and assist with product mapping, SLA updates, and trends.
  

Email Communication:

• Manage professional email correspondence on renewals, SLAs, and product mapping.
  

Data Management and Reporting:

Use ERP Analytics to generate and share renewal and SLA reports.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spreadsheet/ERP for data analysis, reporting, and record management.
  
• Strong skills in professional email communication and correspondence.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in customer account management or a related role.
  
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
