Job Description
Join our expanding online chess coaching institute, where we deliver high-quality training to students worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to oversee the efficient coordination of our coaching sessions. This role offers great opportunities for both experienced professionals and freshers with a long-term vision for growth in the online education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth communication with students, parents, and coaches.
- Assign trainers to sessions, ensuring they are prepared with necessary materials and course details.
- Monitor session progress, maintain syllabus quality, and track student performance.
- Assist with preparing training materials and maintaining accurate training records.
- Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth training operations.
- Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
- A passion for chess or a willingness to learn is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, scheduling, or education management is preferred. Freshers with a long-term vision for growth are also encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work six days a week.
