Terrible company, focuses only on students, doesn't pay attention to employees. Company HR and the owners are careless and do not pay on time, salary deduction is done for no reason, no proper information given at the time of joining, no job security at all. Please do not join it's a scam

Salary not given for the entire month if you take off for couple of days, Employees are being terribly treated

Companies like Upstep Academy, Hobspace, Impact Guru, these are Scam Companies they don't pay the employees good, plus make them work for rotational shifts with only 1 day holiday, whoever is reading this review, I'd say skip these 3 companies whenever applying for any jobs, they are not worth working for and it'll just ruin your life. Also you might think they are paying good, but they are not, Upstep Academy is the worst they say they'll pay you 25-27k but you'll only get 18-20k in-hand and plus they'll cut salary if you come late and include PF in your salary and also will charge you for coming late. Companies like these should shut down or something bad should happen to their CEO's and their families and I hope it will cause life is a circle you don't get away with doing wrong in this World. These 3 companies won't last for more time mark my words the money they earned from these business won't make them happy they will suffer and even their families will suffer till the end.

They Scam Employees by making them sign a bond and then cut PF from their salary only. If you come late they cut salary and very toxic environment to work. I'd say, save your life and skip this company, you'll have a good life.

The team is Focused on Sales, Business and overall Growth as a startup they work in Fast paced Environment but you get to learn about B2C more if you want to learn more about B2C you can join and the head of sales Trupti mam she is really helpful in training and she genuinely make sures to listen and understand problems.

Dislikes

The major Drawback is that some people are favoured than others by the managers if you gell well with the team you will get opportunities to grow but if you don't, it can be little negative experience, also I had a negative experience in terms of travel as I have to travel 4 hours daily it was hectic and they didn't understand my problem of travelling.
