Job Summary:
- We seek a data-driven Growth Marketer passionate about digital marketing and growth strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns, optimizing lead generation, and analyzing performance metrics to fuel growth.
- This role will be crucial in scaling our marketing efforts, enhancing our digital footprint, and ensuring that we capture and convert high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Optimize the entire lead generation funnel, from attracting prospects to converting leads into customers.
- Design and manage campaigns that generate high-quality leads for various businesses for fleet franchise opportunities & EV Rental.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and competitive research to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
Content & Social Media Management:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and growth in followers and engagement.
Marketing Automation & CRM:
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing and improve customer retention.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing activities with sales processes.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proven experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for sustainability and the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
