Key Responsibilities :

- Photography: Capture impactful visuals that resonate with our audience.

- Videography: Create high-quality videos that elevate our brand presence.

- Editing Services: Enhance content to meet our professional standards.

- Social Media Management: Strategize, create, and manage engaging content across social platforms.

- Graphic Design: Craft compelling graphics to support our brand campaigns.

- On-Tour Content Creation: Join our tours to capture real-time content, including visuals and guest experiences.

Who We're Looking For :

We're seeking someone who understands the marketing power of social media and has an active online presence. You should be adept at creating, planning, and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Core Responsibilities :

- Develop brand and campaign strategies, including digital, advertising, and creative elements.

- Plan and execute monthly and quarterly brand campaigns.

- Build and manage a comprehensive social media calendar and strategy.

- Analyze campaign results, making adjustments as necessary for maximum impact.

- Coordinate closely with the creative and marketing teams.

- Build relationships with industry professionals and influencers to expand reach.

- Take ownership of growing social media followers, engagement, and driving bookings through digital channels.

- Partner with agencies and other vendors to deliver on brand objectives.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Social media expertise, including tools like reels and interactive content.

- Team player who collaborates effectively on content creation.

- Knowledge of SEO and experience with Facebook & Instagram campaigns.

- Strong content strategy skills and ability to work with creators.

- Excellent communication and feedback skills.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital content roles.

- Based in Goa.
