Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non IT

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements to fill open positions.
  
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and salary negotiations with selected candidates.
  
• Ensure timely filling of vacant positions by identifying top talent through various sources (job portals, social media, employee referrals).
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment/Staffing).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, etc.
