Sr. Executive Machine/ Equipment

Asset & Machine management Network:-

• Travel to customer sites to, troubleshoot, get repairing, and maintain deployed equipment/assets
• Utilize equipment manuals, technical documents, internal, and solve machine related issues.
• Position will be responsible for upkeeping of all farm equipment assets available with minimum downtime. Coordinating invoicing of all available assets with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining min required stock of spares for ensuring asset operations at peak efficiency. Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals in line with the organization.
• Supervising team for trouble shooting and performing preventive maintenance of all assets by applying regular/routine checks
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Creating, designing SOPs to create a reliable system that enables preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Documenting all maintenance activities, highlighting potential risk and suggest proactive upgrades
• Close coordination with OEM of assets and ensuring maximum uptime and revenue generations from available assets. maintaining proper and updated records
• Responsible for Assets sweating in order to reach optimal utilization of all assets during there life cycle
