Maintenance Manager - COPPL

Creative Offset (TCPL Group Company) is a leading name in the printing and packaging industry, known for delivering high-quality solutions to clients across multiple sectors. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our maintenance operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance and repair operations for our printing and packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in maintaining rigid machines, printing machines, and corrugation equipment. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to optimize maintenance processes for maximum efficiency.

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all printing and packaging machinery, including rigid machines, printing machines, and corrugation equipment.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce machine downtime and increase operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues on various machines.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure that machinery operates smoothly and production targets are met.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within the allotted limits while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in printing and packaging machinery.
• Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management, specifically in printing and packaging machinery (e.g., rigid machines, printing machines, corrugation equipment).
• Strong knowledge of the electrical and mechanical aspects of printing and packaging machinery.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of maintenance professionals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
