Complete Plant Maintenance

New Project Expansion

Uptime management of High Pressure Line Machinery and Sand Plant

1. Ensure 99% equipment uptime on 24x7x365 days basis.

2. Responsible for operation & maintenance of both High Pressure Moulding Line & Sand Plant
inclusive of mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical & Electronics.

3. Planning for resources and efficient utilization.

4. Ensure 99% equipment uptime.

5. Measure, monitor and improve energy consumption across the plant as per industry
benchmarks.

6. Plan and prepare for timely preventive maintenance.

7. Maintain all essential and necessary spares.

8. Ensure zero shelf life expired spares.

9.To ensure adequacy of operational requirement of all present and future equipment in terms of

PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and all other electrical accessories and panel boards.

10. To maintain high level of safety standards and 5Swith respect to maintenance department

11. ISO related work with respect to Maintenance Departments.
