Key skills for the job
1. Recruitment and Staffing- Managing the end-to end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate
Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
3. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and assist in the on boarding process.
4. Employee Relations-Poster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns,
grievances, and conflicts. Conduct employee engagement initiatives and activities.
5. Training and Development-Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training
programs. Assist in the development of training programs. Assist in the development of training materials
and resources.
6. Compliance-Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-
date employee records and documentation.
7.HR Administration-Handle day-to –day HR Administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports, maintaining
Employee Files, and managing HR related databases. Assist in payroll processing and verification.
8. Exit Management-Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to identify trends and areas for
Improvement. Ensure smooth off boarding processes for departing employees.Role & responsibilities
