He has overall experience of almost two decades. Prior to working with Tega he was associated with JSW Energy & Express KCS.
• Sharad Kumar Khaitan : - CFO, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has overall experience of almost two decades. Prior to working with Tega he was associated with Atria Convergence Technologies  &  ITC  Limited.
• Pratik Basu Roy: - President – PMG & Sales, He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Mangalore University and a Post-Graduate in Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. Purpose & Role of the Position

Purpose:- The role is responsible for managing the overall maintenance function for the plant

Roles and Responsibilities:

•            Developing preventive and/or predictive maintenance systems and structure
•            Ensuring availability of equipment and spares
•            Preparation of budget proposal and ensure cost control to minimise wastage
•            Planning for periodic replacement of old and/or worn-out equipment through CAPEX proposals
•            Maintaining the Operational Equipment Efficiency
•            Managing energy consumption to the optimum level
•            Reduction in recurring breakdown
•            Zero delays in delivery due to capacity constraints / OTIF
•            Development of preventive maintenance systems,
•            Budget preparation
•            Cost Control
•            Minimization of wastage
•            Planning and OEE Responsibility
•            Adherence of SOPs
•            Reduction of Breakdown
•            Safety Maintenance and reduction of "unsafe conditions"
•            On time delivery
•            Team/ People management
•            Internal/ External Audits

Educational Qualifications

       B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Work Experience

10 to 15 years in plant operations and maintenance
