Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain the instruments in good operating Conditions.
- Maintain the System Breakdown database & reduce the breakdown.
- Maintain the Spare Parts database for Smooth Operation of HPLC GC, HSS & other Analytical Instrument.
- To maintain the Preventive Maintenance schedule as per the Planner for outside party & also perform In-house Preventive Maintenance of HPLC, GC & Other Analytical Instrument.
- Maintain instrument history card & Maintenance logbook for all major instruments.
- Ensure Proper & regular servicing of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC &Other Analytical Instrument.
- Support in investigation of out of specification laboratory results & instruments error.
- Support for calibration activity in QC Lab & maintain the records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-15 years of experience in QC as Service Engineer.
- B. Tech / B. Pharma / M.Sc.
- Must have worked with USFDA approved facility.

I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.
