Designation Executive-HR

ROLE HR Operations Specialist

JOB LOCATION - Kolkata, Dhapa

.

Roles & Responsibilities of

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and

employee data management.

• Planning and execution of strategies to close manpower gap as per CP within the timeline.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate employee transfers, promotions, and other

HR- related transactions.

• Attendance management, statutory compliances, attrition rate, and Expertise in HR ops

grievances.

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, resolving payroll-related queries and

discrepancies as needed.

• MIS documentation.
• Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement initiatives, events, and

programs to foster a positive work culture.

• Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity by

updating employee records, generating reports, and performing regular audits.

• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
• Help new hires in their onboarding & maintain the database of candidates for future use.
• Manpower Planning Hiring & Retention.
• HR Operation Excellence.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources
• 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or similar role
• Flexible for store visit and well versed in HR Generalist duties and responsibilities
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
