Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-9 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and compliance, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll systems.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex data and generate actionable insights.
