Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Payroll and Compliance

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Payroll and Statutory Compliance to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational deliverables, driving technology in HR analytics, managing payroll, PF, ESIC, and other related statutory compliances, as well as assisting management in resolving HR issues. Responsibilities :

1. Manage day-to-day operational deliverables in the HR department.
   
2. Drive the implementation of technology in HR analytics.
   
3. Regularly update employee data on the HR system.
   
4. Handle payroll management, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
   
5. Prepare and submit all relevant documents and reports as per requirements.
   
6. Assist management in handling and resolving HR issues.
   
7. Perform file audits to ensure proper documentation maintenance.
   
8. Handle sensitive employee data and reports discreetly.
   
9. Manage attendance, including leaves and leave requests, and communicate with employees as needed.
   
10. Effectively resolve employees queries.
    
    
    
    Requirements

    Required Qualifications and Experience :
    

    • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
      
    • BachelorDegree with specialization in HR.
      
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
      
    • Well-versed with technology.
      
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
      
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      
    • Excellent communication skills.
      
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Presentation).
