Job Description
- Monitoring day-to-day operations of the HR Management functions and duties.
- Having good knowledge in Employee Engagement, Legal & Statutory Compliance, Payroll, and Process Management.
- Implementing Performance Management in the company, Budget Control.
- Having excellent communication skills in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and selection process.
- Managing the healthy work environment by introducing various stress free functions.
- Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills, trainings like soft skill, Office ethics, Client dealing and behavior etc.
- Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various governmental agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Having capable of knowledge for multi projects.
- should have good experience in payroll and general administration
- Monitoring company accommodation and transportation
- Handling LMV Vehicles activities and check their logbooks
- Project Security manpower handling
- Should have good experience in construction & engineering and infrastructure, field candidates preferable only.
