C&I/PLC Commissioning

Key Responsibilities:

Selecting and specifying appropriate instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level sensors) based on process requirements.

1. Installation and Commissioning:

• Overseeing the installation and wiring of instrumentation and control equipment in industrial plants.
• Performing system integration, including configuration of controllers and communication networks.

• Calibrating and testing instruments to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Developing and executing commissioning procedures to validate system performance.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Identifying and resolving issues with instrumentation and control systems through diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
• Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components.

3. Data Analysis and Optimization:

• Monitoring process data from control systems to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyzing process data to optimize control parameters and improve efficiency.
• Implementing data-driven decision making to enhance process stability and product quality.

4. Project Management:

• Collaborating with other engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical) to ensure project integration.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for instrumentation and control projects.
• Preparing technical documentation and reports for project deliverables.

5. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of control theory and process dynamics.
• Expertise in various instrumentation technologies (pressure, temperature, flow, level measurement).
• Proficiency in control system design software (PLC, SCADA).
• Electrical and electronics & Instrumentation knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
