Schedule Management

• Preparation L1/L2/L3 schedules / Best Effort Schedule
• Updating Client L2 Schedule
• Preparation of L3-L4 schedules by Coordinating with Site.
• Follow Up with Client for drawing approval
• Catch Up Plan with resources
• Schedule Variance Analysis

MIS

• Preparation of Monthly Progress Report & submitting it to NTPC
• Preparation of PM Report/MIS to Management
• Financial Reporting

Cost Management

• Preparation and Submission of CTC to CTC Team
• Publishing of CTC in ERP
• Preparation of AOP/YEE Plan
• Budget Revision in ERP

Knowledge Management

• Identification of new technologies and construction methodologies
• Knowledge sharing workshops on new tools and technologies
• Value Engineering
• Quarterly key learning workshops and update key learning repository

Client / Vendor communication reply

• Client / Vendor inward and outward Letters tracking
• Client inward and outward Letters / Reply
• Vendor inward and outward Letters / Reply
• MIS on Inward / outward letters sent/ received

Required Candidate profile:

Engineering Post Graduation in Engineering or related field
