Executive - HR

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Understands the manpower requirements and coordinating for recruitment and selection  process  
• Strong in Sourcing and Recruiting (conventional and non-conventional)
• Good in Manpower management (New hire/Transfer/Backfill/replacement)
• Should have knowledge in conducting inductions and documentations
• Should be strong on statutory compliances  
• Liaison with vendor and government bodies  
•  Should be strong in Employee Grievance handling and redressal
• Driving company policy - CAP/DAP
• Conduct employee engagement activities
• Good in stake holder management skills
• Attendance, Leave Management and PRMS
• Conducting exit interview

Desired Candidate Profile:  

• Male candidates Only
• Should be multilingual. Ability to speak Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam will be an  added advantage and Kannada language speaking is mandatory
• Should have minimum 3 years of work experience in HR
• Should be willing to work 6 days in a week  
• Qualification MBA in HR (full time)  
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment  
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong in MS Office
• Should be willing to travel as and when required
