HR Executive

Job Description:

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including resume screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation packages, and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Present HR-related reports to management.
• Manage employee separation processes.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in HR or a related field
