Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for protective coatings products in Guwahati region.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions using industrial coatings and paints.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-16 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the protective coating industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Diploma (B.Tech/B.E.) in Any Specialization; MBA preferred.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building, negotiation skills, and knowledge of industrial sales principles.
