Job Overview

The Head of Research and Development will be responsible for overseeing all research and development activities at Bi Paints

This includes developing and implementing research strategies, managing a team of researchers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in industrial coatings and paints

This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications And Skills

7 to 10 years of experience in a research and development role, preferably in the coatings or paints industry

Strong research skills, with the ability to design and execute experiments and analyze data

Expertise in industrial coatings and paints

Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques

Experience managing a team of researchers

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proven track record of successful research projects

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field

Develop and implement research strategies for the organization
