Key Accounts Manager - Construction Chemical - Pune

We are looking for a dynamic techno-commercial professional with 8 12 years experience in Waterproofing, Repair, Flooring, Sealant & Tiling Fixing systems preferably from Construction Chemical background in Pune.

Location: Pune

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil/ Chemical) with MBA preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts for construction chemicals, focusing on institutional sales and project sales.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective account management.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to expand market presence.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in key accounts, project sales, or institutional sales in the construction chemical industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Proven track record of success in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
  
• Strong understanding of waterproofing solutions, epoxy products, adhesives, etc.
