Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Construction Chemicals in assigned territory, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Identify new opportunities for product placement and expansion into new markets.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 17-27 years of experience in Construction Chemicals industry or related field (Retail Sales).
  
• Strong understanding of Distribution Channel Sales & Dealer Network management.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel partnerships.
