Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Resident Construction Manager to lead and oversee the construction operations for a high-profile project in Gujarat. This position will involve managing a diverse team of laborers, contractors, and project engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications:
*Minimum 25 years of experience in construction management within the EPC, power, petrochemical, refinery, or O&G sectors.
*Proven track record of managing large-scale projects (INR 25 billion or more), with hands-on experience in executing domestic or international projects.
*Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical or civil engineering (Full-time degree required).
*Extensive experience in project control, including scheduling, cost control, scope management, and reconciliation.
*Strong expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, handling contract negotiations, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
*In-depth knowledge of HSE practices, statutory norms, and labor laws.
*Prior experience in managing large-capacity projects, with exposure to pre-commissioning, commissioning, and plant startup operations.
