Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage depot operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Handle channel sales activities, including team management and retail sales strategies.
  
• Oversee sales operations, driving growth through effective planning and execution.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in paints, preferably in a similar role (depot handling).
  
• Strong understanding of channel sales, retail sales, and team handling skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
