Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Production Executive to join our team in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, incentive travel programs, conferences, and other promotional activities. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to deliver memorable experiences that align with our brands objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistical arrangements.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned with the company s goals and brand.
- Coordinate site inspections, venue bookings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and on-site logistics.
On-Site Event Management:
- Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, clients, and participants during the event.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event production or management, preferably within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events from concept to completion.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships
- Proficient in event management software and tools.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
