Resource Management - Associate/ Experienced Associate

Resource management practice at BDO RISE is involved in resource planning and workforce management for Assurance, Tax and Advisory. The team currently handles a capacity of around 2000+ resources.

Job Duties

• experience in resource management and workforce planning.
• Manage staffs scheduling (Using scheduling tools), updates involving clients' schedules, PTO, and training.
• Well versed with scheduling and forecasting methodology along with capacity planning.
• Provide supply and demand reporting to identify resource and skill shortages or surpluses.
• Ability to understand various skills, grasp requirements, and discuss possible solutions with the delivery team.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel.
• Prepare and publish periodical reports with regards to employee utilization, team performance, and project progress.
• Analyze and explain the budget, forecast, and actual variances.
• Highlight the anticipated utilization for the upcoming month in comparison to the budget and provide any insights into any gaps in forecasted production. 
• Good teamwork and good communication skills. Able to articulate the problem and participate calls for fulfillment.
• Coordinate with US resource managers and engagement team to discuss conflicts and demand management.
• Perform schedule changes within the defined SLA.
• Flags potential conflicts (i.e. client work or PTO) and communicates with the Associate, Specialist, and Engagement teams as needed to find a resolution.
• Maintains open communication channels with all internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Any Degree, preferably from commerce stream.
