Resource Management -Assistant Manager & Senior Associate - Tax

Resource management practice at BDO RISE is involved in resource planning and workforce management for Tax team. The team currently handles a capacity of around 1500+ resources. 

Preferred Candidates should have,

• 5-10 years of experience in resource management and workforce planning.
• Manage staffs scheduling (Using scheduling tools), updates involving stakeholder' schedules, PTO, and training.
• Well versed with scheduling and forecasting methodology along with capacity planning.
• Provide supply and demand reporting to identify resource and skill shortages or surpluses.
• Ability to understand various skills, grasp requirements, and discuss possible solutions with the delivery team.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel.
• Prepare and publish periodical reports with regards to employee utilization, team performance, and project progress.
• Analyze and explain the budget, forecast, and actual variances.
• Highlight the anticipated utilization for the upcoming month in comparison to the budget and provide any insights into any gaps in forecasted production. 
• Good teamwork and good communication skills. Able to articulate the problem and participate calls for fulfillment.
• Team Management knowledge. 
• Coordinate with US resource managers and engagement team to discuss conflicts and demand management.
• Perform schedule changes within the defined SLA.
• Flags potential conflicts and communicates with the Associate, Specialist, and Engagement teams as needed to find a resolution.
• Maintains open communication channels with all internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Required Weekly (e/o week) Analysis.
• Review and highlight individual trends with mid-month (and EOM) schedule to actuals.

• Any Degree, preferably from commerce stream.
