Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities under management, including but not limited to maintenance, security, janitorial services, and vendor management.
• Facility Management
• Office/Administrative Operations
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Finance/Budget Management
• Health & Safety and BCP
• Office Transportation.
• Reception & Security Management.
• Indoor Plants
• Cafeteria Management
• Office Procurement
• Preparation of MIS
• Process Development/Re-engineering
• Office upkeep
• Space Planning & Seat Allocation
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Be the main person to talk to about anything related to the office, and make sure any issues are fixed quickly and with great service.
