Banquet Manager

The Assistant Manager - Banquet is responsible for assisting the Banquet General Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing banquet operations to ensure seamless events and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing banquet events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate functions.
2. Team Management: Supervise banquet staff, assign duties, and ensure team readiness and efficiency.
3. Customer Relations: Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
4. Quality Control: Maintain high service standards, ensuring food, beverages, and setups meet expectations.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage banquet supplies, equipment, and stock.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in managing event budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards during events.
8. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational or guest issues promptly and professionally.
