Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Leadership: To meet and exceed sales targets for exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team success.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales for events. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including exhibitors, sponsors, and industry stakeholders. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work to resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and event management teams to ensure smooth execution of exhibitions. Align the sales strategy with the broader event goals and objectives.
  • Exhibition Promotion: Oversee the promotion of exhibitions to potential exhibitors and sponsors. Create tailored proposals and sales materials that highlight the benefits of participation.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor and track sales progress against targets, preparing regular reports for senior management. Provide accurate sales forecasts and recommend actions to improve sales performance.
  • Event Coordination: Support the logistics and operational teams to ensure that exhibitors needs are met before, during, and after the event. Ensure exhibitors have a seamless experience, from booth booking to post-event follow-up.
  • Market Research & Business Development: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and new business opportunities. Continuously seek new ways to expand the exhibitor base and create new revenue streams.
  • Budget Management: Manage the exhibition sales budget and ensure that sales efforts remain within the allocated budget while maximizing return on investment.
  • Client Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, sponsorship packages, and future event participation to existing clients. Foster long-term relationships to secure repeat business.
