Project Manager | Live Entertainment, Concerts & IPs

About the Role: Laqshya Media Ltd. is is looking for a dynamic and experienced "Project Manager - Live Entertainment, Concerts & Ips" to lead, manage, and execute large-scale concerts, live entertainment events, and branded IPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event project management, artist coordination (including international artists), budgeting, and stakeholder management to deliver world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Project Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end project management of large-scale live entertainment events and IPs.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, production, licensing, and compliance.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise all aspects of event execution, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

Live Entertainment & Concerts (Including International Artists):

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale concerts, music festivals, and live entertainment events.
• Manage relationships with international artists, managers, booking agencies, and production teams.
• Handle artist logistics, including travel, visas, accommodation, technical riders, and security.
• Oversee ticketing, sponsorships, audience engagement, and brand partnerships for concerts.
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution, including sound checks, stage management, and live production.

IP (Intellectual Properties) Development & Management:

• Conceptualize and execute branded event IPs in music, entertainment, and experiential marketing.
• Work with marketing, sponsorship, and sales teams to develop revenue-generating IP models.
• Collaborate with brands and stakeholders to scale and sustain high-impact entertainment IPs.
• Innovate and enhance existing IPs to increase engagement, sponsorship appeal, and audience reach.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, artists, agencies, sponsors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, ticketing agencies, record labels, and brand sponsors.
• Ensure effective coordination among internal teams (marketing, sales, content, operations, and finance).
• Maintain high standards of client servicing and project transparency throughout the execution process.

Budget & Sponsorship Management:

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, talent agencies, and production teams.
• Track financial performance, ensuring ROI-driven execution for events and IPs.

On-Ground Event Execution:

• Lead on-site event execution, ensuring all aspects of production, artist handling, and audience experience run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot real-time challenges and make quick decisions to resolve issues on-site.
• Ensure all safety, security, and compliance protocols are met for international and large-scale events.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale live entertainment events, concerts (including international artists), and IPs.
• Strong event project management skills, including budgeting, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
• Exceptional artist and talent management expertise, with strong networks in the music and entertainment industry.
• Experience in sponsorship acquisition, brand partnerships, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
