Job Title: Marketing Operation Analyst

Job Location: -Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad


Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the processes, technology, and data that power our marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-centric, process-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Experience in managing healthcare marketing operations for healthcare professionals (HCP) and patient engagements in the United States and Europe.

  • Critical driver in ensuring the successful execution of brand/therapy area-level marketing strategy at the channel level
  • Supports the orchestration of customer experiences tailored to HCP segments
  • Focuses on channel coordination, content creation, and marketing execution

Marketing Automation & CRM Management:

  • Oversee the management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Marketo, HubSpot, Veeva CRM, etc. Comprehensive experience any one of these is desirable) to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and optimize the integration of marketing systems with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and seamless handoff of leads to sales.
  • Implement workflows, automations, and segmentation strategies that drive personalized marketing campaigns.

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Manage the integrity and quality of marketing data, ensuring accurate tracking of campaign performance and lead data.
  • Conduct regular data hygiene processes, including lead scoring, deduplication, and database segmentation.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and performance improvement.

Campaign Performance & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs such as lead generation, funnel conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Report on key performance trends and provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve campaign execution speed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales processes, optimizing the lead handoff and conversion process.

Technology & Tool Management:

  • Act as the point of contact for marketing technology platforms, ensuring systems are properly configured, maintained, and optimized for performance.
  • Research and evaluate new marketing technologies and tools that could improve the efficiency of the marketing team.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure effective use of marketing tools.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., e.g., SFMC, Marketo, HubSpot, Veeva CRM, etc. Comprehensive experience any one of these is desirable ) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign attribution models.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, email marketing best practices, and web analytics.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.


Process-Oriented: Ability to design and improve marketing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.


Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with advanced marketing analytics techniques (e.g., funnel analysis, attribution modeling, customer journey mapping).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and how they impact marketing operations.
  • Certification in marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Marketo) or CRM (Salesforce).
