Digital Analytics - Analyst
The primary objective of this role is to analyze, report, and provide optimization
recommendations for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights,
help improve campaign performance and contribute to the overall growth of the
business. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a strong
understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign
optimization techniques.
Technology skills, Competencies and Experience:
Bacheloras degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.
Must be highly proficient in Excel for data analysis, including the use of
formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as D365 CRM, Google Analytics,
Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads,
LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz,
Ahrefs).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and
translate them into actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio & Power
BI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey
technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Understanding of different reporting across all digital channels (Organic,
Paid & Social Media Reporting)
Role and Responsibilities:
Continuously track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics,
user engagement trends, and behavioral patterns.
Analyze data from digital marketing channels (web, SEO, SEM, social
media, email, paid search, display advertising, PR, etc.) to identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Extract, analyze, and report on leads using Dynamics 365 (D365) to assess
lead quality, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of marketing
efforts.
Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, competitive analysis, on-page
optimization to enhance search rankings.
Monitor and assess SEO performance using tools like Google Search
Console and SEMrush.
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and evaluate
campaign effectiveness.
Develop detailed reports and dashboards to present insights and
recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing teams and channel managers to enhance
reporting efficiency and provide a holistic view that aligns with business
goals and objectives.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices in digital marketing and analytics.
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, and
campaign management is a plus
Create visualizations (Power BI / PowerPoint / excel) to present analytical
findings
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and tracking
implementations is a plus.
Familiarity/experience with integrating and leveraging AI for automation
of tasks.
Familiarity/experience with Wrike project management platform.
