Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a strong online presence through regular posting on social media sites.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, including Instagram and other online channels.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, social networking and online marketing principles.
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and organic campaigns focused on driving traffic to the online store and increasing conversions

Platform Management:

• Manage and optimize the companys online stores (website, third party platform) ensuring product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns on digital platforms.
• Monitor the user journey, optimizing the online purchasing process to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and visuals for product listings and digital promotions

• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to monitor sales, customer behavior, website performance, on marketing activities.
• Track and analyze customer feedback and reviews to improve product offerings and the online shopping experience.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service by ensuring fast responses to inquiries and addressing online order issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree preferrable Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management
