Job Description
- Product Thinking Combine strategic thinking with hands-on design execution to create impactful digital experiences.
- Design Operations Management Oversee design operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaboration Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, business teams and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Prototyping & Wireframing Utilize Figma and other design tools to create detailed site maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- User Advocacy Champion the user s perspective in all design decisions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Proficiency in Figma Expertise in variables and components, auto-layouts, and prototyping.
- Design Tools Skilled in various design and wireframing tools including Adobe Suite, Miro etc.
- UX Principles Strong understanding of UX design principles and the latest design trends.
- Storytelling Ability to convey ideas and concepts through compelling storytelling.
- Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Creative problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience 6+ years
- Synthesis & Analysis Ability to translate research and data into meaningful insights.
- Deliverables Expertise in producing detailed site maps, user flows, user journeys, page flows, wireframes, annotations, and prototypes.
- Portfolio An online portfolio showcasing product design work, mobile design work, analytical decision-making, design operations, people management, and strategic thinking.
