-User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors. - Wireframing Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions. - Design: Develop high-fidelity visual designs that are both functional and engaging, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and align with project goals. - Feedback Iteration: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and team members to refine and improve design solutions. - Usability Testing: Conduct and analyze usability testing to ensure designs provide a positive user experience and make data-driven design decisions. - Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Experience with web and mobile design is a plus. - Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel is beneficial. - Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively. - Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing user-friendly interfaces. - Education: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
