Job Description
Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile and web.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, from concept to delivery.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and usability principles.
Skills Required
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
