Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Requirements:
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
- Experience designing mobile apps is a plus
