Cluster Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers
• Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the

Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees

• Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for

regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers

• Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as

well as focus on achieving their own target.

• Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 3 years in Financial Industry pref. Capital Markets

• Understanding of Indian Capital Market

• Team Management experience
