Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of branch or unit managers across multiple locations within the assigned cluster.
Provide guidance, support, and performance management to ensure that team members achieve their targets.
Conduct regular meetings with teams to review performance, share feedback, and align on goals.

Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations across multiple branches/units, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and standards.
Ensure consistent execution of company strategies, procedures, and processes across all locations.
Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Skills / Experience -

1. Candidate should be a graduate
2. Candidate sould have min 2 year of experiance in Two wheeler Loan industry
3. Should be able to Speak, Read and Write in English, Marathi
4. Should be willing to travel within Maharashtra as per the companies requirement
5. Should have basic Excel skills.

6. Candidate sould have min 2 years of experiance from NBFC .
