Call & Trade Associate

Position Overview:

As a Call & Trade Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions and executing trades on their behalf. Your responsibilities will include handling calls, performing online transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order execution. You will also promote financial products and leverage your expertise in online trading platforms to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Role & responsibilities:

• Receiving Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients and address their queries related to trading activities and financial products.
• Online Dealing: Execute trades online based on client instructions and market conditions.
• Buying & Selling of Shares: Manage the buying and selling of shares on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Confirmation & Execution of Orders: Confirm and execute orders as per client requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Promoting Financial Products: Promote and provide information about financial products and services to clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
• Understanding Online Trading Platform: Demonstrate proficiency in using online trading platforms to efficiently manage and execute trades.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Relevant experience of over 2 years in a similar role or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduate from any stream.
• NCFM & NISM Cash and F&O certified.
