About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Develop content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with current market trends and digital-first engagement strategies.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to queries to enhance customer interaction.
• Support the performance marketing team in running paid social media campaigns for lead generation.
• Research and implement trending hashtags, competitor strategies, and platform best practices to optimize reach.
• Track and analyze key social media performance metrics, offering insights to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• A self-motivated, enthusiastic learner with a keen interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of SEO for social media, paid ads, and performance marketing metrics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging social media content.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools is preferred.
• Interest in finance, stock markets, or fintech is a plus but not a prerequisite.
