Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
● Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely
and professional manner.
● Help in developing social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and
engagement.
● Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports with
insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visual and written content that
aligns with the brands voice and objectives.
● Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships to amplify brand reach.
● Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
● Help organize and run social media promotions, giveaways, and contests.
● Support the creation of monthly or weekly content calendars for various platforms.
● Assist in developing content for blogs, newsletters, or other channels that complement social
media efforts.
● Engage in market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the social
media space.
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public
Relations, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and style.
● Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a
plus.
● Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is preferred.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● A passion for social media and digital marketing.
