Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Ah, the classic 'expectation vs. reality' dilemma! I mentioned my expected salary upfront—before getting shortlisted, mind you—so, naturally, I assumed everything was clear. But nope! I still traveled all the way to the office, went through every round like a champ, and then, surprise surprise, I got rejected because my salary expectations were 'too high.'

Did I miss something, or was the whole 'let’s discuss your expectations' bit just for show? I mean, am I the problem here? 🤔 Apparently, asking for a decent paycheck is still a bold move in 2024

Overall, the interview process was pretty easy. I wasn't really assessed on my previous roles or responsibilities, nor was I given any assignments. I just hope they ended up hiring someone with the right experience and that they truly appreciate the efforts of a deserving candidate.
