Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Target Achievement : Will be responsible for the overall target (3in1 accounts , Subscription accounts , Client Activation and cross sell of products like MF SIP & Managed Accounts) of the Territory which will be met through a team of ASL resources
• Channel Management focus: Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Circle Head, Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and sourcing  employees to drive productivity of the bank employees  
• Sales driving skills and team management: Will be driving own team of Cluster Managers on parameters of Acquisition, Activation and others 
• Value Added products through regular team meetings, one on one interactions, concalls etc
• Initiatives and influence: Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Circle Functionaries , Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years in Financial Industry pref. Capital Markets
• Understanding of Indian Capital Market
• Team Management experience

• Graduate from Any Stream
• Ablility to act independently and be self-motivated
• Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills with the ability to act autonomously while being a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
