Core Responsibilities :
Employee Engagement :
- Engagement Calendar: Ensure 100% adherence to and implementation of the Employee Engagement Calendar.
- Rewards & Recognition: Oversee the implementation and record-keeping of the Rewards & Recognition Program.
New Hire Enablement:
- Induction Process: Manage the initial enablement for new hires, including induction processes and materials.
- Plan onboarding process by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Audits & Compliance:
- Audit Management: Assist in internal and external audits with a goal of zero non-conformities.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence compliance through policy documentation, reaffirmation, and training.
- CSR Contributions: Facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, tracking participation.
Data Management & Reporting:
- MIS Records: Maintain up-to-date MIS records across all platforms.
- Employee Insurance: Manage employee insurance data accurately.
- Payroll Inputs: Coordinate new joiner and monthly payroll inputs efficiently.
- Attendance Management: Oversee contract employee attendance management.
