We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR & People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with leadership and employees across all departments to build and maintain an exceptional workplace culture. This role is crucial for driving employee engagement, maintaining operational excellence in HR processes, and supporting our rapid growth. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and implementing HR initiatives that align with our company values and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive workplace relationships and address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review processes and career development programs.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company values and comply with employment laws.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Compensation Management: Assist in developing compensation strategies and maintaining pay equity.
- HR Systems: Manage HRIS and other HR-related platforms to ensure accurate employee data and efficient processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for employee skill development and leadership growth.
- Culture Building: Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
- HR Analytics: Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive DEI initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Employee Experience: Design and execute programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Change Management: Support organizational changes and help teams navigate growth and transitions.
- Budget Management: Oversee HR department budget and track relevant expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, people management, or related roles in fast-growing companies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and people operations.
- Experience with rapid-growth environments and scaling HR processes is a plus.
