Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Lead Recruitment Strategy: Formulate and oversee the recruitment strategy for India, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business goals.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Engage with senior leadership to comprehend hiring needs and business challenges, ensuring the talent acquisition strategy is in sync with organizational goals.
- Employer Branding: Establish and maintain a strong employer brand in India to attract premier candidates.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and Mentor: Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team across various Indian regions.
- Equip the Team: Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to thrive in a competitive talent market.
- Foster a Collaborative Environment: Encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Process & System Optimization:
- Develop and Implement Processes: Create and continuously enhance efficient and scalable recruitment processes.
- Leverage Data and Analytics: Use data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and strategies.
- Integrate Technology: Ensure the seamless integration of technology (ATS, HRIS, AI tools) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
- Partner with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership to understand talent needs.
- Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and progress.
- Support Hiring Decisions: Influence hiring decisions and support hiring managers with best practices for high-quality candidate selection.
Talent Pipeline & Diversity Initiatives:
- Build a Diverse Pipeline: Proactively develop a diverse talent pipeline for key positions.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
- Utilize Sourcing Channels: Employ various sourcing channels, including social media and networking, to identify top talent.
Employer Branding :
- Enhance the Company's Brand: Develop and execute strategies to bolster the company's employer brand through career fairs, social media campaigns, and networking events.
- Manage Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
